Over 7 years, we operates quality dental clinic in Bangkok Thailand with experienced Thai dentists trained from US, UK, Europe, and Australia in all dental specializations.
To ensure high service standards, we had established Tantrathanva Group Co., Ltd. to efficiently manage all our the dental clinics according to the same objectives, quality control standards and commitment towards service excellence. The patients must receive accurate diagnosis, description of dental service to be provided and related
expense from the dentist with expertise in that particular field.
Set priorities for the type of dental care to be provided and refer the patient to the dentist with
expertise in that area when necessary.
Staff must be responsive to patients’ requests and questions.
Follow up on the dental service provided to patients; check regularly to see if they are satisfied with
the service.
Set reasonable dental service fee rates in relation to actual costs involved and the prevailing economic
condition.
Emphasize the importance of preventive dental care to the patients.
